2. Prepare for the Lab. Immediately after purchase, you'll receive access to the private Strategy Lab intake. Tell us about the business, what you're seeing, and the problem you want to work.
3. Choose your session. Once your intake is complete, you'll be directed to schedule your private 60-minute Strategy Lab.
4. We review before we meet. Your intake is reviewed in advance so we can come to the Lab ready to work.
5. Work the decision. We meet privately for your 60-minute session.
6. Leave with the Brief. Your Strategy Lab Decision Brief™ is delivered within 48 hours following your session.

One Lab = one primary problem or decision.
Business decisions rarely stay neatly in one category, so we'll follow the issue wherever it reasonably leads. But the Strategy Lab is not intended to assess or restructure your entire business.
If what you really need is someone to examine the business as a whole and tell you what they see, The Boardroom is the better fit.
The Strategy Lab does not include implementation, ongoing consulting, done-for-you copywriting or design, legal advice, tax advice, bookkeeping, or financial advisory services.

Scheduling policy
Your Strategy Lab must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase.
Intake form required at least 48 hours before the scheduled Lab. If it isn't received, the session needs to be rescheduled.
